Administration

Our Administration Team processes and responds to correspondence from our customers to ensure correct outcomes based on individual circumstances. A vital back office team, we make sure our business runs smoothly and efficiently.  Achieving timescales and  high quality standards in a fast-paced environment, we update our systems and leave comprehensive notes, so all of our teams can quickly understand the actions that have been taken on our customer accounts.  Some of our duties include:

  • Corresponding with customers via letter and email
  • Corresponding via online portals, spreadsheets, letters and email
  • Processing of mail
  • Scanning
  • Identifying complaints /pre-legal accounts

Operations Support

Our Operations Support Team is responsible for liaising with originators and clients on both debt purchase and contingency accounts to gather more information for our customers. We also deal with our customers who have either already gone through or are going through an insolvency process such as bankruptcy. We also investigate cases where our customers have a dispute or are claiming fraud. In addition, we look to investigate and resolve these with the customer journey at the forefront.

The work Operations Support does is very important for the wider business, both in terms of our customers but also for our clients on contingency matters. It is important that we help to continue to build good relationships with our clients, to maintain and improve the high reputation we have built and to help encourage more business.

Our department consists of  different areas which include:

  • Insolvency
  • Fraud & Disputes
  • Post Sales
  • Credit Account Information

What do we look for?

Confident and self-motivated with a good eye for detail, you must have excellent communication and decision making skills. Ideally with some experience of logging, processing and responding to customer correspondence gained in an office role, you should also thrive under pressure and be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team. Some experience of finance and industry regulators would be an advantage.
