I’ve quickly progressed my career since joining the team 10 years ago. I started as a Collections Associate and became a Performance Coach just 19 months later. I’ve also been a Learning & Development Trainer, Deputy Team Manager, now I’m a Team Manager.

I’ve been with Arrow Global for four years and I really enjoy the diversity of the work and the enthusiasm of people across the whole company. I started as an Analyst in the Pricing Team, working on the financials of exciting UK and European investments. This led to new responsibilities in the Partner Management team, making sure our policies and strategies are implemented effectively. Now I manage an operational team.
