I’ve quickly progressed my career since joining the team 10 years ago. I started as a Collections Associate and became a Performance Coach just 19 months later. I’ve also been a Learning & Development Trainer, Deputy Team Manager, now I’m a Team Manager.
I’m proof that Arrow Global recognises and encourages potential. I’ve been here less than a year and I’m already working on strategic projects with board visibility. I’ve had opportunities to work on projects above and beyond my role that have enabled me to build a network across the business. I can’t wait to see the positive impact these projects make on the work of hundreds of colleagues.
I’ve worked as part of the Arrow Global litigation team for over two years and enjoyed fantastic career development opportunities. In particular, Arrow Global has supported my Cilex studies and I’m now in the process of qualifying as a Legal Executive. As a team, we’re passionate about our work and achieving the best possible customer outcomes. Outside work, we enjoy getting together for bowling, bonfire nights and trampolining!
I’ve been with Arrow Global for four years and I really enjoy the diversity of the work and the enthusiasm of people across the whole company. I started as an Analyst in the Pricing Team, working on the financials of exciting UK and European investments. I was then given a role in the Project Management Team, delivering projects and implementing new acquisitions into the business. This led to new responsibilities in the Partner Management team, making sure our policies and strategies are implemented effectively. Now I manage an operational team. Arrow Global is full of exciting opportunities and challenges. There hasn’t been a boring day since I joined!
I like working for Arrow Global as it’s a very busy environment where no two days are the same. I’ve increased my professional knowledge and developed my skills much faster here. I work with many different experts who I learn a lot from, as they are very happy to share their knowledge. Development is there if you want it with clear objectives set to help you progress further with the same team or change career paths. Many internal vacancies are advertised and made available to all employees.
Working at Arrow Global has been a great opportunity. I’ve worked with some incredible people and developed my knowledge and understanding of IT. I feel a valued member of the team and get to see first-hand the difference my work makes.
I’m happy I’ve been able to develop my skills and progress from an Associate on the phone to coaching new starters.
We’re shaping a culture where we build from within and support our associates to go on to become Team Leaders, Coaches and Deputy Team Leaders.
I’ve worked in similar places where normally you hear about development but there’s no substance. This is a pleasant surprise. My role has been different every week. I take part in various projects and now use the skills I’ve learned to help others.
There can be a certain stigma about ‘debt collection’. When people join us they are pleasantly surprised. Our approach is to be brave and creative. And our colleagues and customers recognise that. We give first-class training so everyone can deliver the best customer service. And the training doesn’t stop there. From the moment you start, you have coaching and support so you can continue developing your skills.
It is so inspirational to see the progress in candidates we recruit growing throughout the company and learning new skills. We regularly ask for feedback from new employees to ensure we are offering the best candidate experience to our applicants and they enjoy not only the interview process but also their on boarding which we ensure is seamless and professional.
